Working Together

Before I became a therapist, I worked in brand strategy in London, New York, San Diego, Vietnam and Spain. Raised in the UK, I hold a BA in History from the University of Oxford and an MA in Public Policy from King's College London.

I trained as a psychotherapist at the University of San Diego. Since then, I've worked with people in moments of crisis - survivors of sexual trauma, young people caught in the juvenile justice system, and families navigating child protective services. I've also sat with clients navigating major life transitions - college students paralyzed by anxiety, new mothers who didn't recognize themselves anymore, professionals facing burn out.

What I have learned is that, while circumstances may change, the mechanism of change does not. Growth comes from action, not just insight. Today, I work with people who are ready to stop understanding their patterns and start interrupting them.
