Who It’s For: Those who identify as women would like to make a flexible commitment to themselves and explore topics including self compassion, boundaries and nervous system regulation.
Each Month Includes:

  • Two individual sessions

  • Guided meditation or wellness practice

  • Reflection prompts

  • Themed reading list
